To insure a safe, non offensive environment for all of our users, we have established our Terms of Service. It spells out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. By accessing any areas of this site, users agree to be legally bound and to abide by the terms set forth below. *

I. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All Content is copyrighted as a collective work under the U.S. copyright laws, and either Provider and/or Providers own a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such Content. B - SINGLE COPY LICENSE - Subject to all provisions herein, you may make one copy, by either downloading or copying, text, photographs, images, video, or audio contained in this site on a single computer for your personal, non-commercial use only. However, any use of the Site, including the downloading or copying of our materials from this Web site for your personal use, will indicate your consent and agreement to the terms stated in this notice. In many instances, the Content available through the Site represents the opinions and judgments of the respective Providers, or User not under contract with Provider neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made on the Site by anyone other than authorized Provider employees. Under no circumstances shall Provider, or its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any loss, damage or harm caused by a User's reliance on information obtained through the Site. E - EXPORT - The U.S. export control laws regulate the export and re-export of technology originating in the United States. F - LINKS - Provider is not responsible for the availability of external sites or resources linked to this site, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.  Provider shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such site or resource.

III. ONLINE CONDUCT

User agrees to use the Site only for lawful purposes. User is prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the Site any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law. If Provider is notified of allegedly infringing, defamatory, damaging, illegal, or offensive Content provided by User, Provider may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of such Content from the Site.  Provider may disclose any Content or electronic communication of any kind

1.       to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request;

2.       if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate Site; or

3.       To protect the rights or property of Provider, its Users or 3rd party providers.

Provider reserves the right to prohibit conduct, communication, or Content that it deems in its sole discretion to be harmful to individual Users, Provider, the communities that make up Site, or any rights of  Provider or any third party, or to violate any applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither Provider nor its  affilliates can ensure prompt removal of questionable Content after online posting. Accordingly, neither Provider, nor its affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, or agents, nor 3rd party providers shall assume liability for any action or inaction with respect to conduct, communication, or Content on the Site.

IV. PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with the terms of Providers Privacy Policy, Provider and the Site respects the privacy of its Users.

V. TERMINATION OF USAGE

  Provider may terminate User's access, or suspend any User's access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct that Provider, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another User, affilliate, a service provider, or Provider.

VI. USAGE BY MINORS

Provider cannot prohibit minors from visiting this site. Provider must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising minors to decide which materials are appropriate for such children to view. Provider requires that all purchases be made by an adult.

EACH TIME YOU PURCHASE A PRODUCT AT THIS SITE, YOU ARE REPRESENTING THAT YOU ARE AN ADULT; THEREFORE, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE AN ADULT (21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER).

You understand that the content on the Site MAY involve language, content, material, images and themes of an adult or controversial nature ("Adult Content"). This Adult content may be considered by some individuals to be abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, offensive, inappropriate or otherwise objectionable.

VII. SEVERABILITY

The provisions of these Terms of Use are intended to be severable. If for any reason any provision of these Terms of Use shall be held invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part in any jurisdiction, such provision shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or non enforceability without in any manner affecting the validity or enforceability thereof in any other jurisdiction or the remaining provisions hereof in any jurisdiction.

VIII. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

The Terms of Use, including all documents referenced herein, represents the entire understanding between you and Provider regarding your relationship with Provider and supersedes any prior statements or representations. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF USE by using the Site. The aforementioned Terms of Use are subject to change.
