Fantastic choice for a young or petite child

My 22 month old son received this bike for Christmas. He was so excited when he saw his bike and immediately hopped on it. He still hasn't figured out how to turn but I am sure once it is a bit warmer and less icy and he is not restricted to the living room he will figure it out quickly. We had a hard time deciding between the regular Laufraud and the mini but we are very glad that we went with the smaller one. My son is just under 32" long and he needs the seat in the lowest position. While I am sure he will be tall enough for the Laufraud in a few months I am glad he was able to hop right onto his bike without a problem.

The assembly really is very simple. I am quite mechanically challenged but I had it together in under 5 minutes, and that includes the time I spent looking for scissors to cut a zip tie.

There was one issue with the bike. The rear wheel was had a wonky rim but Kinderbike quickly sent out a replacement even though we called them on December 23 when their offices were closed. The new wheel was at our house before New Year's.

We are very pleased with the bike and very impressed with Kinderbike.
