KINDERBIKE LIMITED WARRANTY
KinderBike warrants each new frame, fork and original component part against breakage due to defects in workmanship and materials:
3 YEARS The trainer frame of the 2008 balance trainer
1 YEAR All original parts of the 2008 balance trainer
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Normal wear and tear
- Any damage, failure or loss caused by use of trainer for jumping, stunt riding, acrobatics or other similar activities, or in any other manner for which it was not designed
- Improper assembly or maintenance
- Any damage, failure or loss caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, theft, or failure to follow instructions or warnings in owners manual
This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner, and is not transferable. KinderBike shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses in connection with its products. KinderBike's liability hereunder is expressly limited to the replacement of goods or parts not complying with this warranty or, at KinderBike's election, to the repayment of an amount equal to the purchase price of the product in question. This warranty does not cover damage to normal wear and tear parts, such as inner tubes, tires, handgrips, brake components, saddle cover or bearings. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from KinderBike, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The entire purchase price of the product, less shipping costs, will be refunded. Exceptions to this policy will be made in the event a product shipped to you is defective, damaged or incomplete.
All items being returned must be in new condition, having never been assembled or used, and returned in their original shipping carton with all original parts, manuals, and packing materials. We recommend that you ship your returns back via a service that provides a tracking number and shipping insurance in the event your return is lost during return shipping. KinderBike will not be held responsible for items lost during return shipping.
If you receive a product that is defective, do not attempt to assemble or use the product and contact Customer Service within 30 days of purchase to arrange for a refund or replacement.
Once we have issued an RMA and we receive the returned item(s), we will refund to you the full purchase price of the item, via the original method of payment used or a company check. Returns must meet all eligibility requirements herein and should be sent to the current address of record as indicated by clicking here.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
A RMA is required for all returns. Returns will not be accepted without proper return authorization from our Returns Department. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number, please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to assist you.
Missing or Damaged Parts
If you discover damaged, defective or missing parts upon receipt of shipment, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible, but within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will ship replacement parts to you at no additional cost.
Purchases from KinderBike Outlet
From time to time, KinderBike makes discounted products available for purchase from our online KinderBike Outlet. These products typically include open box items (unused), returns in new condition, and/or products with minor blemishes (paint irregularities, scratches, minor dings, etc). Purchases from KinderBike Outlet are covered by the same return policy as full priced models, except when discounted Outlet Bikes are returned for the reason for which they were discounted (minor imperfections). In that case, the full purchase price will be refunded, exclusive of shipping costs. Additionally, consumer will be responsible for return shipping expenses. Please contact Customer Service with any questions regarding products from KinderBike Outlet prior to making your purchase.
